Saturday while Trenton and Kenny were at baseball try outs; I took Hudson and my nephew Augie to the "train park." This is a new park that has the play area designed as a train and Hudson has named it the “train park.” As soon as we got out of the car the two boys ran towards the park screaming “train, train!” Augie had never been to this park before and seemed quite impressed. There is a wheel that makes you believe you are steering the train on the right track and Augie was wholehearted stuck on the wheel. Finally Augie saw Hudson slide down on of the slides and Augie realized there was more to do then drive the train. The boys ran, jumped, slid down the 10 different slides and abundantly enjoyed themselves for over an hour.
The moment I will treasure most was when Hudson was drinking his drink and without saying a word reached down to Augie and shared his drink. Now some of you might think this is not a great accomplishment but for a two year old, ok for my two year old, to share without being told was something for me to smile about.
